Ayom Debt Recovery has been a story of evolution and continual progress.
Our story originates from an idea of revolutionising debt recovery via innovation and a perfectly crafted customer experience. Starting life in 2014, Ayom brought together and built a team of seasoned debt recovery agents. It was in these early years our team learned how to get the best results for our huge variety of clients. With every debt being different, our processes, strategies and even our language in handling debts were crafted to achieve fast, successful results for clients.
We have learned a lot along the day. While originally we sought to recover debts as efficiently as possible, as we grew, our clients' expectations also grew. With so many companies within our industry, our team wanted to stand out and provide a service unlike that of any competitor.
Our team are always asking; what do clients need, want and how can we do this better than anybody out there? In the past our first major innovation was being the first debt recovery agency in the UK to offer a service level agreement (SLA). This SLA was our promise to do as much as possible on each case as we could. We sought advice from national authorities to ensure we did the absolute most possible work contacting debtors.
Not content with this, ideas continued to flow, and the SLA was followed by the creation of the first fully functional client portal in the industry. Previously, competitors had portals for debtors to pay and corporate clients, but Ayom Debt Recovery sought to ensure every client could stay updated 24/7 on their case. Thus, our first client portal was launched.
